Product Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and sharp Product Manager, to lead and build a native GenAI logistics product that is getting very high traction.

As a Product Manager at Windward, you will join a team of product managers and product analysts, own a defined value stream, lead the product roadmap, and manage the end to end feature delivery and adoption.

You will also meet customers and prospects, and work closely with the commercial teams to understand customer needs and shape the right features to deliver. You will collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver features in scope and on time.

What will you do?

• Lead an innovative product value stream that lives at the intersection of logistics and financial data, built from the ground up with GenAI
• Understand user, customer and market needs and learn to differentiate between them to drive both, user adoption and revenue growth.
• Own the product roadmap for the value stream under your management, and be accountable for setting and communicating priorities.
• Manage market expansion, taking care of localization requirements, including local fees and regulation

Who are you?

• 4+ years of experience in managing B2B data products - a must
• Experience managing fintech products, working in a an acquiring bank, payment service provider (PSP), money remittance operator, or similar
• Proven experience in managing and delivering AI-based products, curious about the technology and have at least recreational experience with GenAI tools
• Experience working with designers to deliver simple and elegant UX solutions that explain financial operational complexity
• Experience in running agile development cycles with cross-functional teams
• Fluent English speaker, with great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Willingness to travel about 25% of the time.
