System Analyst Team Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Systems Analysis Team Leader to manage and lead a team of Systems Analysts. In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing work plans for various projects and initiatives across the organization. You will ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of both high-level and detailed system analysis outputs, while guiding technological solutions to address complex business needs in a cutting-edge digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 4-5 Systems Analysts in the digital space.
• Develop work plans for the team across various projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and quality standards.
• Lead the development of high-level and detailed system analysis documentation.
• Drive technological solutions to meet complex business requirements within an innovative digital environment.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders: project managers, developers, testers, architects, business partners, and more.
• Constantly think about improvements, define innovative processes, and lead digital initiatives within the organization.
• Provide professional and personal mentorship, training, and support for team members.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Systems Analysis or Architecture.
• 2-3 years of experience managing a team.
• 2-3 years of development experience – a significant advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge and familiarity with databases.
• Experience in digital systems analysis – web and complex systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead team members.
• Broad systemic and process-oriented thinking.
• Initiative, innovation, and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Ability to lead large processes and projects.
• Experience in leading technological projects and teams – an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – an advantage.
