we're looking for a Senior Project Manager for the Aviation Division at Israel Aerospace Industries.

what will you do:

Engineering management of projects with various clients from the proposal stage to final delivery.
Engineering integration of different solutions to find the best engineering solution, leading concepts and early design.
Business management of projects with various clients (domestic and international).
Matrix management of professional disciplines.

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering – required.
At least 5 years of professional experience in aircraft development.
Experience in managing development projects – significant advantage.
Ability to lead an engineering team – significant advantage.
Degree/course in Systems Engineering – advantage.
Understanding of licensing processes – civilian/military – advantage.
Good command of the English language.
Willingness to travel abroad.
