Fullstack Engineer - AFOS

The Data Services group at AppsFlyer is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to play a key role in shaping the future of our next-generation data export solutions and tools.

Focused on Engineering Excellence and User Experience, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience with large-scale web applications,, leading development of front-end features independently, strong back-end expertise, and a passion for Big Data.

Your contributions will be instrumental in accelerating our company’s growth and enhancing user experience.

The team’s mission is to provide a secure, reliable, and flexible data export solution for AppsFlyer’s customers and partners.

DataLocker product is designed to allow advertisers and partners to get their data reports in various time schedules, delivered to their favorite data store such as S3, BigQuery, Snowflake and more.

Our current tech stack: React, Scala, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, Clojure, Python, Spark, Airflow and more.

What You’ll Do

• Build Data Export Services, integrating with various 3rd party vendors
• Own and develop AppsFlyer products and features end-to-end - from design to production
• Solve diverse, complex problems at a large scale
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Software Engineers to deliver value to customers
• Continuously learn and evaluate new technologies in the everlasting effort to perfect our products and adapt to the ever-growing scale
  
  

What You Have

• 3+ years of proven experience in crafting exceptional UI/UX for web applications using NodeJS and React
• 1+ years of backend development experience with a strong commitment to excellence
• Expertise in building and optimizing APIs for server-client applications
• Solid server-side engineering capabilities
• Experience in configuration and maintenance of applications such as web servers, load balancers, relational databases, storage systems and messaging systems
• Experience with large-scale production databases
• B.Sc. in computer science or an equivalent
• A drive to get things done, especially as part of a team
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes and desire to learn and grow
• Appreciation for best practices and an itch to raise and act on ideas for improvement
