A growing publishing house and literary agency based in Tel Aviv is looking for experienced, reliable Hebrew-to-English translators.

Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Hebrew-English Freelance Translator at eBookPro. The Translator will be responsible for translating both fiction and non-fiction literary works from Hebrew to English. We offer books in a wide variety of genres and subjects, including romance, mystery, thrillers, literary fiction, memoirs, and non-fiction. The position includes routine communication with author clients.

Qualifications

• Native bilingual English-Hebrew
• Book translation experience (Hebrew to English in particular)
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Knowledge of American culture and literature
• Excellent communication skills
• Full command of Microsoft Word.
