What we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to oversee the use of Information technology (IT) at Allot. You will be the one to devise the company’s IT strategy and ensure that all systems necessary to support its operations and objectives are in place.

This position is based in our offices in Hod Hasharon - Israel and reporting directly to the SVP Customer Success and Operations.

What you´ll do

• Technology Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and objectives, ensuring that technology initiatives drive growth and innovation.
• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and scalability.
• Digital Transformation: Lead the organization’s digital transformation efforts, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and data analytics to optimize business processes.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
• Budget Management: Manage the IT budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to support both short-term needs and long-term strategic goals.
• Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other executive team members and department heads to understand their technology needs and ensure that IT initiatives support overall business objectives.

What you should have

• Proven experience as a CIO or Senior IT leadership role, preferably at least 3-4 years within the hi-tech industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse IT team, with a focus on driving results and fostering innovation.
• Ability to develop and execute IT strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational success.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and track record of driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Operational and leadership experience in international environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
