Business Analyst

The Business Analyst focus areas are sales and gross profit analysis supporting the business units with meaningful insights to drive performance and decision making. Providing structural and ad hoc analysis to different stakeholders. Key user for BI system and implementation among the associates.

Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)

• Providing analysis for periodic sales and GP performance while close communication with the sales unit managers.

• Supports Business Units with required analysis to support budget, projections and ASR procedures.

• Accountable for customers tenders/agreements financial aspects including follow up on customer bonuses, rebates.

• Review and approve requests for customer credits and free of charge deliveries.

• Key user of BDs BI system.

Education and Experience:

• B.A in Economics

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as business analyst

Knowledge and Skills:

• Fluency in English and Hebrew (written and spoken).

• Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal) with various levels of management.

• Experience with ERP and BI systems (Priority ERP system and Power BI – advantage).

• Experience with Microsoft PC Tools (Excel expert knowledge) Power BI.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changes within the organization.

• Proactive approach.

• Comfortable working and learning autonomously.

• Well organized, hands-on and capable of working to tight deadlines.

• Attention to details and accuracy.

• Accepts personal responsibility and has high ethical values.
