As a co-founder, you will shape the technological vision and strategic direction of our company.

This full-time hybrid role for Co-Founder & CTO involves leading the technical team, defining the technological vision, and driving the development of our cybersecurity platform. You will oversee software design and implementation while collaborating with co-founders to guide strategic direction. Your expertise in SaaS solutions, particularly in cybersecurity, will be crucial for delivering a product that integrates with various security tools and provides actionable insights. The role is based in the Tel Aviv District with remote work flexibility.

• Lead the architecture and development of the cybersecurity management platform.
• Collaborate with co-founders to maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Build and manage a team of developers and cybersecurity experts.
• Establish rigorous software development practices to ensure quality.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies to stay ahead in cybersecurity trends.
• Work with marketing and sales to define product positioning and differentiators.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders for feedback and refinement.
• Represent the startup at industry events to promote our vision.

• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in SaaS and cybersecurity sectors.
• Strong technical background in software architecture and cloud-based technologies.
• Successful track record in product development and delivery, ideally within a startup.
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Familiarity with NIST cybersecurity frameworks and AI technologies is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of technology trends and emerging technologies.
