Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Recruitment in Cyber security industry.

• Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Manage and optimize HR operational processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.

• Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new employees.

• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

• Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

• Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

• Develop employee well-being programs, including health and wellness initiatives, work-life balance support, and recognition programs.

• Coordinate and promote employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least two years experience in technological recruitment – required

• Proven track record of success owning the entire recruiting process.

• Experience and locating candidates on LinkedIn. The rule Head Hunting – required

• Experience in the field of information security - a significant advantage
