About the job

Tea-Fi's senior marketing leader will structure, scale, and lead the marketing team to achieve success and meet its goals. The primary mission will be to drive revenue, pipeline and user growth, enhancing brand equity, increasing product usage, promoting feature adoption, and reducing churn.

This strategic role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to engage, educate, and nurture our target audience, buying committees, and ICPs.

The position involves planning and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy and GTM plan, building both paid and organic growth engines, initiating and managing 360-degree brand marketing campaigns, and leading the marketing roadmap efforts.

Additionally, the role includes creating a scalable marketing organizational structure and overseeing all initiatives from A to Z, while ensuring all business KPIs and success metrics are met.

Our Head of Marketing will be part of Tea-Fi’s leadership team and will report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy and roadmap to drive revenue and user growth, encompassing everything from user acquisition and SEO to content marketing, social media and brand campaigns.
• Manage the marketing budget and metrics, ensuring transparency by providing clear internal reporting and sharing results.
• Lead and build the marketing organization from the ground up.
• Analyze, report, and optimize all marketing programs based on ROI and demand generation effectiveness.
• Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly.
• Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and growth opportunities.
• Provide guidance and creative ideas for organizing impactful marketing events.
• Present weekly marketing performance and revenue reports to management.
• Forecast and plan for future hiring needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in building, managing, and leading small-to-medium scale marketing organizations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the blockchain industry.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing annual media budgets exceeding six figures.
• Demonstrable success in managing both team members and freelancers concurrently.
• Experience as a PMM and/or in Growth Marketing.
• Proven track record in brand building, including messaging, branding, and positioning, as well as brand awareness development.
• Experience in successfully developing and managing multiple marketing channels simultaneously.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with SEO, social media, content marketing, paid acquisition, and affiliate marketing.
• Complete command of web analytics and Google Ads, with proven experience in both.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Native-level English proficiency.
