Advanced Water Technologies Manager

Location and Department: Amiad Israel, Research and Development Department

Reports to: VP of Research and Development

Role Purpose

Leading innovative projects in the field of water technologies and driving strategic collaborations. The position combines technical and process expertise, creative thinking, and management skills.

Authority and responsibilities:

• Led development and implementation of advanced water technologies in various fields, aligned with company strategies, while building the necessary infrastructure to support the activity.

• Managed complex projects in water technology R&D, including planning, execution, target management, timelines, and budgets, and led multidisciplinary teams worldwide.

• Create collaborations with leading water companies, develop relationships with academia and research institutions, and represent the company at professional conferences and international forums.

• Continuously reviewing advanced water technologies, identifying international market opportunities, evaluating and recommending adoption, and managing patent registration in the field.

• Guiding and mentoring engineers and researchers in water treatment, promoting a culture of innovation and professional excellence, and contributing to the company's strategy.

Job Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in R&D roles within the water industry.

• Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading teams.

• Deep familiarity with advanced water technologies and industry trends.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Water Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

• Excellent proficiency in English - speaking, reading, and writing.
