Technical Product Manager

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to help us drive the next wave of innovation in our AI-powered platform. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our engineering teams and our customers, ensuring that our products not only meet technical specifications but also deliver exceptional value and user experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap that aligns with our mission to empower organizations, focusing on integrations and extensibility of our product.
• Lead a squad of developers and designers to create superior user experience and maximize the value for our customers.
• Leverage your technical expertise to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable product plans that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Gather insights from customers and analyze their feedback to inform product enhancements that truly meet their needs.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product launches and drive user adoption.
• Work closely with QA teams to create robust test plans and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

• You have 3 years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment, with a strong technical background.
• You possess a solid understanding of complex technical systems and can communicate effectively with engineers and stakeholders alike.
• You’re skilled at analyzing data and market trends to inform strategic product decisions.
• Your communication skills shine when articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• You’re a proactive problem solver who thrives on tackling technical challenges and driving solutions.
• BSc degree in Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience with AI products or familiarity with Service Management platforms - an advantage
