Development Team Lead

AT&T’s R&D Center in Israel is seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Team Lead to lead a talented team in the development of the next generation AT&T messaging system. This role will focus on building the future infrastructure of AT&T as part of the company’s cloud transformation journey.

As the R&D Team Leader, you will manage a technical scrum team and collaborate closely with a discovery team, working alongside key stakeholders in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers in an agile development environment.
• Drive technical solutions for the AT&T API Messaging Gateway project.
• Participate in technical discussions and decision-making with stakeholders in the US.
• Collaborate on strategic planning and contribute to architectural designs for cloud-based messaging infrastructure.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features and solutions.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading a development team for more than 3 years- MUST
• Solid experience with BE (Nodejs\ Java) technologies- MUST
• Strong communication skills to work with remote teams, especially in the US - MUST
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of Cloud. Azure – advantage
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience of client server technologies and architecture.
• Experience with advanced CI/CD processes
• Experience implementing Agile/Scrum
• Great communication skills with tech and non-tech alike
• Ability to take requirements from early phase to full implementation
• Excellent management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
