Project Manager- חובה ג'ירה- MS-project

A technology company in the software field, located in Tel Aviv,

is seeking to hire an exceptionally talented Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

 Implement solutions, tools, and methodologies in the field of project

management

 Plan and monitor the organizational portfolio – preparing an annual work

plan, tracking its ongoing execution, preparing periodic status reports, and

presenting them to stakeholders, setting metrics to check planning vs.

execution

 Accompany technological projects, including project risk management

 Lead steering committees and meetings in senior management forums

 Lead lessons learned processes

 Train and instruct project managers

 Maintain internal and external organizational interfaces

Required Skills:

 Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems

/ another relevant degree – mandatory

 At least 3 years of experience as a PMO – mandatory, preference for

experience in headquarters roles / technological domains / information

systems

 Familiarity with MS Project – mandatory

 Familiarity with JIRA – mandatory, significant advantage in writing JQL

queries in JIRA and familiarity with additional project management

systems

 Experience with AGILE methodology – an advantage

 Proven experience in implementing and integrating new work processes
