We are looking for a Software Engineering Team Leader to join our team and build one of the key pieces of our product, which will provide innovative capabilities as well as a powerful management interface designed for cyber-security specialists. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of developers, make a significant impact on our product, and contribute to its success.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of talented software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Foster a collaborative team culture that promotes innovation and excellence
• Drive technical excellence, high product quality, innovation, and timely delivery in an agile environment
• Develop Silverfort’s orchestration
• Implement and improve products visibility and management
• Provide scalable, maintainable, and easy to use solution for Silverfort’s customers
• Working closely with product, support teams and company stakeholders

Requirements

• A proven track record of at least 3+ years of successfully leading, mentoring, and managing teams of software engineers
• High proficiency in web & server-side technologies, particularly NodeJs
• At least 7 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer
• At least 3 years of developing large front-end systems in React
• Experience with Typescript, an advantage
• Experience working with databases and experience with Elasticsearch, an advantage
• Knowledge of information security, a big advantage
• Fast learner with outstanding problem-solving skills
