About the role:

We're looking for a talented and dedicated Games Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you'll work directly with some of the biggest game developers and publishers in the industry, integrating our innovative SDK into their games.

You'll play a crucial part in optimizing the integration process and collaborating with Ludeo's development teams to refine our integration procedures, both on the SDK and backend sides.

What you'll do:

• SDK Integration: Partner with leading game developers to integrate Ludeo's SDK into their games.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Ludeo's development teams to optimize the SDK integration process, improve documentation, and support backend systems.
• Technical Support: Provide exceptional technical support throughout the integration process, serving as the main point of contact for both inbound and outbound communication.
• Requirement Management: Translate client needs into development requirements, prioritizing tasks based on client and business goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvements for a seamless integration process for current and future clients, advocating for SDK, documentation, and backend enhancements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Integration roles, specifically working with C++
• At least 3 years of experience in customer - facing roles
• Technical Proficiency in C++, preferably from the Gaming industry
• Demonstrated experience in integrating SDKs.(Advantage)
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Robust problem-solving skills to tackle integration challenges
• Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and prioritize tasks based on client needs
• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation (Advantage)
• Prior experience in the gaming industry with a solid understanding of game development and mechanics (Advantage)
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with these game development platforms (Advantage)
