Sales Operations and Export Coordinator

Description

Major Responsibilities:

• Manage sales orders from PO to POD
• Booking the PO’s in ERP. (Priority)
• Update customers with supply plan.
• Coordinate with customer forecast vs. actual PO’s
• Customer focal point for all order related issues
• Working with relevant departments about any issue in sale order
• Control sales order status.
• Plan & Control shipping plan.
• Manage logistics according to customer incoterm agreement.
• Invoicing
• Manage RMA from customer complaints to ship repaired units back to customer.
• License management
• Collaborate with team members in Sales, Operations, Finance, production and company clients to ensure flawless customer service
  
  

• Proven experience as Export/Logistics coordinator – Mandatory
• At least 3-5 years of experience from similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandatory) - for interacting with international customers
• Good Computer skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience with Priority – Advantage
• Responsible and diligent
• Strong work ethic
• Good Interpersonal skills
