Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP Coordinator at BIMLab in Petah Tikva. The MEP Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing coordination, conducting building services, and utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as design coordination, constructability analysis, quantity take-offs, and time/cost estimation using Revit methodologies.

Qualifications

• MEP Coordination, Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), and Plumbing skills
• Experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Experience in design coordination and constructability analysis
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
