Business System Analyst - Temporary

*Temporary role, with option to continue after 6 months (maternity leave).

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the analysis and design of business information system projects for a government office.
• Become an expert in Sapiens' software and use its core functionalities to support customer processes.
• Collaborate with customers’ unit heads to understand current business processes and define future states using Sapiens eMerge software application .
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and present tailored solutions to customers.
• Work closely with project management, development, and testing teams to ensure quality implementation.

What To Have For This Position:

Must have Skills:

• 3+ y ears of experience as a Business Analyst.
• BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management or Computer Science.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Hebrew; English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience with information systems and familiarity with ERD diagrams.
• Excellent presentation , interpersonal and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software solution packages.
• Proven experience in customer facing roles and as functional business system analyst.
• Skilled in requirement s gathering, solution definition, and implementing core enterprise business systems.
• Proficiency with SQL and experience writing test scripts, including performing delivery tests.
• Willingness to travel to the client sites within Israel.
• Attributes: creative, proactive, assertive and highly organized.

Good To Have Skills:

• Previous work with a government office.
• Background in development/solution architect.
