About the position

The Product & Project Manager leads the product specification process and ensures effective coordination across various functions throughout the entire product lifecycle. This role also requires taking ownership of projects from end to end, acting as the primary client-facing representative, and ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations

Key responsibilities include:

• Define product vision, gather and analyze requirements, and establish the product roadmap.
• Oversee the creation of innovative solutions, ensuring that product specifications align with client needs and business goals.
• Create detailed project plans, allocate resources, and define timelines and milestones
• Direct and monitor project activities, manage resources, and ensure tasks are completed according to the project plan
• Track project progress, handle issues, and adjust plans as needed to stay on track
• Ensure project deliverables are completed, review project outcomes, and conduct post-project evaluation
• Oversee ongoing product support, including addressing client feedback and handling any post-launch issues.
• Establish regular communication between the customer management and development teams. This ensures that customer feedback is effectively translated into product features or improvements.

This comprehensive approach ensures that the Product & Project Manager effectively manages the entire lifecycle of product development and project execution while fostering a strong, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Product and Project Management.
• A strong sense of responsibility and quality standards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to simple messages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Hebrew & English.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (Jira, Monday, Excel, etc.).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of product and project management.
• Deep understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, psychology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. (A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.)
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex software projects from inception to completion.
• Experience in a client-facing role with a strong ability to manage client expectations and relationships.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and user-centered design processes.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities.
