Job Description:

The Data Engineers Team Leader will oversee the development and maintenance of data infrastructure, ensuring efficient data processing and integration.

This role involves leading a team of programmers ,system analysts and project manager,

managing projects : coordinates the workplkans with the business clients , responsible for the quality and schedules of the products , and collaborating with other departments to meet organizational data needs.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a the team's members .

Responsibility for building and monitoring the quarterly work plan and coordinating it with the customers

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Python, SQL Server, and NiFi.

Ensure data quality, integrity, and security.

Ensure software quality for maintenances , future changes.

Optimize data workflows and processes for performance and scalability.

Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data and processing requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a data engineer, with at least 5 years in the field.

Strong proficiency in Python.

Strong proficiency in SQL Server.

Hands-on experience with workflow tools such as Apache NiFi for data integration and ETL processes.

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Solid understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Ability to work independent and proactive

Ability to learn fast the business logic and infrastructure
