Product Designer

We are looking for a creative and skilled Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in creating intuitive and beautiful user interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that solve real user problems. As a Product Designer you'll be reported to Design Studio Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

● Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

● Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate product requirements into user-friendly solutions.

● Maintain and improve the design system and ensure consistency across products.

● Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features.

● Conduct user testing and collect feedback to improve design solutions.

● Analyze and identify usability issues and create user flows that enhance the overall user experience.

● Stay updated on UX best practices and incorporate them into your designs.

Requirements:

● 2+ years of experience in product design for web and/or mobile applications.

● Strong portfolio showcasing past design projects and demonstrating expertise in UI and UX design.

● Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

● Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.

● Ability to understand user needs and incorporate them into the design process.

● Strong ability to solve complex design problems through iterative testing and refinement.

● Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly.

● Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to feedback from stakeholders.

● High level of English - written and verbal.

Nice to have:

● Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

● Ability to synthesize research findings into actionable insights.

● Illustration skills to create custom graphics, icons, or animations that align with product aesthetics.

● Proficiency with illustration tools like Adobe Illustrator, or similar.

● Experience working in Agile environments.

● Familiarity with design handoff processes.

● Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
