Head of People (web3)

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier talent, focusing on engineers and other technical roles.
• Create a structured, transparent interview process aligned with the company's values, while minimizing bias.
• Implement tools to streamline hiring and make data-driven improvements.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, from first contact to offer.
• Develop competitive offer packages that align with the company's growth stage and ambition.
• Over time, build and manage a high-performing recruiting team.
  
  

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in highly technical companies, ideally in startup environments.
• Strong ability to identify top engineering talent.
• Excellent written English and meticulous attention to detail.
• Superb organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
  
  

• Hands-on experience in DeFi or the broader blockchain space.
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
