About The Role

We are currently looking for a smart and analytical Economist to join our corporate finance team in in Airport City, Israel as FP&A Costing Analyst. The FP&A Costing Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting and developing insights about ADAMA's global product cost data. This role supports the management of our global profitability system and is used as part of executive management decision making, measuring company performance and KPIs. The focus of this role is on improving our product costing and profitability by supporting key financial costing systems to better drive the control and understanding of products costing.

Key Deliverables

Using the data described above, this role will produce the following routine reports:

• Track the frequent costs changes per product and understand their impact on company profitability
• Monthly tracking and follow up on company inventories
• Conduct monthly economic analyses of ADAMA's results, both actual and forecasted
• Conduct and support additional ad hoc analysis relating to cost

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working as an Economist or FP&A Analyst
• Preferably in an industrial company
• Preferably in multinational role including interaction with multiple countries
• Experience in cost accounting will have a high advantage
• BA in Economics or other relevant field – mandatory;
• Basic knowledge and understanding of financial reports – slight advantage
• English required at a high level (reading writing, speaking) – daily work performed in English
• High level of comfort with managing, maintaining and manipulating large data sets
• MS Excel – excellent skills required
