Full Stack Development Team Leader

My client, a late-stage Cloud SaaS start-up with $44.5 Million of capital investment is looking for a skilled Leader to lead a team of Full Stack Developers - joining their existing and growing team of leaders and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 4 experienced engineers responsible for the company's end-user application
- Technical leadership and design of application features in collaboration with the application architect and the team
- Plan and track work using SCRUM methodology
- Collaborate with product management regarding new features and enhancements
- Lead by example and drive your team to continuously enhance and improve our application
- Coach, mentor and grow individuals in the team to reach their full potential
- Maintain and improve system performance and quality
- Push for technical excellence and reduce technical debt while balancing product and business requirements
Requirements
- An experienced team leader (+4 years managing people) with a hands-on approach
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Must be an expert in Node.js, React and AWS
- Experience with NoSQL databases
- Experienced with large-scale, SAAS applications
- Holding a degree in computer science or similar (preferred)
- Most importantly, a person who enjoys motivating, guiding and growing people
