Site Maintenance Manager

Siemens Energy is seeking a Site Maintenance Manager for the Askelon area. This role requires on-site presence during unusual breakdowns, as well as on Saturdays and holidays.

Job Profile

• The Site Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance operations of a facility, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality.
• Requires several years of experience in managing projects at a similar level and experience in service contract management.
• Strong teamwork, customer relationship, and team management skills are essential.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Maintenance Procedures: Create and enforce maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operation of equipment and facilities, leading planned maintenance activities on-site according to LTSA contracts.
• Conduct Inspections: Regularly inspect equipment and facilities to identify issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
• Manage Repairs and Installations: Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities to ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Supervise Maintenance Staff: Oversee and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including task assignment and guidance.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with contractors and service providers to ensure quality and timely service, including handling all administrative and logistic responsibilities for the on-site team.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Budget Management: Monitor expenses and control the maintenance budget to ensure cost-effective operations.
