Senior Systems Engineer

Role Overview

In this position, you will be a key player within our diverse R&D team, taking on the role of technical leader for system design and considerations for both new and existing products.

Primary Responsibilities

Establish requirements for hardware, firmware, and software, and work closely with design teams on implementation and testing teams on validation.

Evaluate and recommend various architectural options.

Analyze and address customer requirements and market trends.

Provide support for field trials, customer feedback, technical assistance, and production workflows.

Requirements

4-5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer on complex, multidisciplinary projects, including system design from initial concept to completion.

Extensive experience with cameras, including specific expertise in thermal imaging.

Background in sensor technologies.

Practical experience with hardware/software integration.

Proficiency in hardware and mechanical design and integration.

Demonstrated experience working with external equipment suppliers and contractors.

Competent in drafting system requirements and specifications.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Optics Electronics, or a related multidisciplinary engineering field.
