Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Research & Development (R&D) located in Or Yehuda. The VP of R&D will oversee all aspects of research and development within the organization, driving innovation, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of R&D projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a research and development leadership role, at least 3-5 years of R&D management.
• Hands-on developer with vast technology experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, innovation, and architecture.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Science, or Technology
• Experience in product development and bringing new technologies to market
• Ability to drive a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of industry trends and a forward-looking approach to R&D
