Industrial and Management Engineer

We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents & children. As we continue to grow, we seek an Industrial and Management Engineer to join our dynamic team in Herzliya.

The position is under development and will involve a variety of topics in the logistics and operations of the development department. The ideal candidate must be a proactive individual with the ability to initiate and drive process improvements independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the ERP system
• Monitoring part versions and updates
• Understanding BOM parts
• Managing the spare parts warehouse
• Managing shipments
• Tracking quotes and invoices

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Management Engineering
• Advantage for previous experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or technology industry
• Organizational skills
• Data analysis capability
• Problem-solving and process improvement
• Proficiency in English is mandatory
• Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal communication
• Proficiency in Office software, including high-level Excel skills
