Location: Kiryat Shmona, Upper Galilee (Hybrid Work).

Position Overview:

As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining cutting-edge information security and cyber solutions. You will work closely with our customers to troubleshoot issues and deploy new systems to enhance their security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hands-on implementation and support of information security solutions.

- Collaborate with a variety of clients to assess their security needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues to ensure optimal system performance.

- Work within a professional, nurturing, and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge and proficiency in installing, operating, maintaining, and managing cyber

security products, including Firewalls, Mail Relay, EDR, and RMM.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure, including communication systems and

operating systems/servers.

- Proven hands-on experience with technologies, products, and solutions in the field of

information and cyber security.

- Strong technical aptitude for analyzing and diagnosing complex faults.

- Proficient in professional English with excellent communication skills.

- High sense of service, responsibility, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
