CTO Co-Founder Position at ActiveLungs

ActiveLungs is a smart pulmonary rehabilitation app, and we are expanding. We're looking for a CTO with experience in the healthcare field to join us as a co-founder!

Who are we?

ActiveLungs is an innovative startup leading the field of pulmonary rehabilitation for chronic lung disease patients, offering a breakthrough app that improves lung function and prevents exacerbations. We are currently preparing for our Series A funding round, with LOIs from major healthcare providers and hospitals.

What does the role include?

We are looking for a CTO to join us as a co-founder and lead all aspects of the product’s technological development.

What are we looking for?

🔥 Passion to make a difference and improve patients’ quality of life!

• Experience managing a small development team (2-3 people).
• Hands-on: Practical experience in coding and development environments, even if you won't always be coding yourself.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a desire to collaborate, and a commitment to working together to succeed.
• Empathy and compassion – We're working with a vulnerable patient population, so sensitivity and care are essential.

What we offer:

Full co-founder status after a short trial period, where we’ll work together to build the technological infrastructure and plan for product development.

What we’re asking for:

A commitment of 7-10 hours per week during the initial trial period. Afterward, we expect full-time commitment (100%) as we move forward with product development and company growth.
