Graphic Designer

Trade The Pool is an innovative and fast-growing fintech company based in Raanana, providing cutting-edge services to traders worldwide. As we continue to expand, we're looking for graphic designers (Senior and Junior)

The ideal candidates will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experience working with numerous different design platforms, such as digital and print forms. 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Qualifications

Junior rule:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work

senior rule:

• +5 years of experience in both a branding agency and a startup/high-tech company (B2C is an advantage).
• +2 years of proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong focus on leading branding initiatives.
• B.A. in Visual Communication, Design, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering visual designs, digital experiences, and leading branding initiatives.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful branding projects.
• Ability to translate brand strategies into compelling visual designs across various platforms: print, digital, and social media.
• Strong UI/UX skills to create user-friendly and visually appealing digital interfaces.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to articulate and present creative ideas effectively.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software Figma - a MUST
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Up-to-date with the latest design trends and technology
