DevOps Manager

Role Overview: The DevOps Manager will lead DevOps initiatives, focusing on automating operations, optimizing CI/CD processes, and ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security. This role collaborates with engineering and IT teams to implement best practices, manage cloud infrastructure, and automate processes to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s DevOps strategy to ensure agile and efficient software delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines to ensure smooth software releases.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for reliability, scalability, and security.
• Automate processes, including deployment, testing, and monitoring to boost operational efficiency.
• Set up tools and protocols to ensure high system availability and resolve issues quickly.
• Work with development, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.
• Ensure systems meet security standards and data confidentiality requirements.
• Continuously improve system performance, availability, and cost-efficiency.
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices.
• Ensure smooth integration of third-party tools and systems with company infrastructure.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of DevOps experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and databases.
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash) for automation.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
• Agile environment experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
