As a growing startup we are seeking a R&D Team Lead, based in Ramat- Gan. The successful candidate will be hands-on professional, creative, great people skills to lead SkillReal's R&D team in Israel.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer & experience in Unity.
• 2+ years of experience leading development teams.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal and written, with a focus on leadership.

·      Professional/native-level proficiency in English.

·      Previous experience in the automotive industry- a plus.

·      Previous experience in AR/ XR/ Metaverse fields- a plus.

·      Previous experience working with various teams such as algorithmics, development- a plus.

·      Previous experience working with computer vision applications- a plus.

·      OpenAI, C++- a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and a QA professional, fostering collaboration and innovation.

- Oversee the development of complex systems and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Be hands-on, guiding technical solutions and ensuring the team meets key milestones.
