Every year, we process over 200 million orders through our smart, automated omnichannel platform experience.

We're seeking a Director of R&D to lead our core teams in Bringg Israel and advance our product.

The team is responsible for a real-time high-scale production system with enterprise clients relying on it while solving complex technical problems and business use cases.

What do you need to Bringg?

• 6+ years of team management, hiring, and building team experience.
• 4+ years experience in NodeJs development.
• Strong OOP/OOD + design patterns
• Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases such as Postgres, Mysql, Redis, or Memcached.
• Experience in Ruby
• Proven experience with asynchronous execution concepts.
• Experience working on complex systems and high-scale production environments that are continuously deployed to customers.
• Experience in client-side development - an advantage.
• Experience with RabbitMQ, GRPC, Kafka, Docker, and WebSockets - an advantage.
