System Administrator

You will be the go-to person for technical escalations, a key authority, and a mentor. With extensive experience in systems administration (cloud experience is a bonus - we will provide training on our unique environment), you will guide and inspire your team.

Responsibilities:

🔧 Provide technical guidance and lead a team handling cloud-related customer support.

🛠️ Troubleshoot and analyze complex issues in Linux/Windows environments, as well as communication and virtualization systems.

🌍 Maintain a wide perspective and navigate a dynamic environment with multiple interfaces.

🚀 Mentor and develop: Inspire and nurture your team, helping them grow professionally and excel in their roles.

Requirements:

🎓 Relevant experience in infrastructure/network management, cloud infrastructure, or CCNA – Required.

💼 At least 4 years of experience in infrastructure, virtualization, and Linux operating systems – Required.

🔧 Ability to write scripts in Python or Bash - Required

🏆 Management or technical leadership experience – Highly preferred.

🌐 Experience with web-based environments – Highly preferred.

This role is not hybrid; it requires a full-time presence at the office.
