We're looking for an English speaking Customer Service & Support Specialist.

HOW IS YOUR DAY GOING TO LOOK LIKE:

- Maintain constant contact with customers around the world via phone, email and instant message applications.

- Managing the clients and databases

- Responsible for cultivating satisfied customers.

-Communicate with partner organizations to ensure services are provided to the clients

WHAT DO YOU NEED:

- An Excellent Interpersonal skills.

- To Maintaining a high quality of service for new and returning clients.

- Availability to work in shifts (Morning/Evening).

- High level of English.
