Associate Legal Counsel

We are looking for a full-time, corporate lawyer, with experience in global corporations (preferably US-listed ones).

The position will report directly to the Senior Corporate Legal Counsel.

A key feature of this role will be supporting and acting as a focal point for the global Human Resources team.

Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing legal counseling and guidance on various corporate issues, collaborating closely with finance, management, and human resources.

Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, deal with various recruiting efforts, and support the expansion of our growing staff globally in many countries.

Draft, review, and implement corporate governance policies and procedures pertaining to our company’s compliance.

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to corporate and employment.

Handle multiple assignments concurrently, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Requirements:

• Qualified attorney in Israel with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience following internship as an in-house counsel in a global tech company or, at a minimum, from the corporate department of a prominent law firm
• Experience in corporate law and regulations namely in relation to traded companies in the US -Must
• Practical experience with employment law (preferably global in addition to Israeli), including privacy related aspects -Must
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within teams and negotiations, as well as the ability to work autonomously
• Precision and efficiency, capable of solving analytical problems with a solution-driven, client-oriented approach to legal issues
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) -Must.
