Integration Development Team Lead

A leading satellite company in central Israel is seeking a talented Integration Development Team Lead

Job Description:

As the Integration Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the integration development team, with a hands-on approach, leading the development and maintenance of organizational integration services. You will ensure the availability of interfaces and integration processes, respond to organizational needs and various projects by building interfaces between organizational systems and external systems, implement standards, tools, and an agile development methodology while continuously improving processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the integration development team
• Lead the development and maintenance of organizational integration services
• Ensure the availability of interfaces and integration processes
• Respond to organizational needs and various projects by building interfaces between organizational systems and external systems
• Implement standards, tools, and an agile development methodology
• Continuously improve processes

Requirements:

• Approximately 5 years of experience in developing organizational integration interfaces
• Experience leading a team
• Background in managing and developing organizational ESB
• Excellent knowledge of standards, tools, and protocols in the world of organizational integration
• Knowledge and proficiency in Tibco/OSB, Java development, and working with databases
• Familiarity with queue management tools and Data virtualization
• Experience in configuration management using GIT
• Experience working with Bitbucket and Jira - an advantage
