Vice President Human Resources

We are hiring an experienced and dynamic VP of HR to join a technologies company, in the Haifa area.

As the VP of HR, you will be a key player in shaping the future of our team, driving HR strategy and crafting initiatives that align with our company’s vision.

Your role will involve:

• Developing and implementing HR strategies across various domains, including hiring, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations.
• Leading performance management processes by setting clear goals, designing feedback systems, and driving performance evaluations.
• Overseeing compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive compensation plans and administering benefits programs.
• Managing training and development programs, including career development initiatives and employee learning opportunities.
• Fostering employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace environment.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations related to harassment and privacy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably in the technology industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of successfully managing and developing HR teams.
