Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer service representative at WeDev Technologies located in Bat Yam.

As a Customer service representative you will be responsible for providing professional, real-time customer service to our customer, mainly via Whatsapp. You will need to have basic knowledge to handle technical requests and direct more advanced requests to the corresponding employee.

Other than the technical aspect, the role has a small administrative aspect (about 5% of the role) where you will be responsible for daily administrative tasks such as handling office technical accounting tasks (transferring payments, sending receipts to customers), weekly ordering groceries to the office and ensuring smooth office administration.
