Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reception Duty Manager at InterContinental David Tel Aviv. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily reception operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, great welcome experience , managing staff, handling guest requests and issues, and maintaining hotel standards. This role is based in Tel Aviv District, Israel.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in hotel management or hospitality industry
- Ability to handle and resolve guest concerns effectively
- Knowledge of hotel operations and standards
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Hebrew speaking - mandatory
