We're looking for a sharp and passionate Data Scientist Team Leader to lead our top-notch Data Science team.

Leveraging your analytical, technical and leadership skills, your mission will be to lead the development of Data Science solutions, aiming to directly impact the business KPIs in various areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a DS team, responsible for providing analytical solutions for product requirements within the agreed level of quality.
• Maintain high quality production components over time, from both the algorithmic and engineering aspects.
• Innovate and propose new applications, originating from deep understanding of the available data and the business needs.
• Serve as the center of excellence for Data Science in the organization, being able to train and advise, while aspiring to use the up-to-date technologies and to be proficient in those.
• Drive Research & Engineering Excellence, continuously learning, monitoring and improving solutions performance through testing and experimentation.
• Leverage ML and advanced data analysis to identify patterns and meaningful insights by focusing on the data and the story behind it, ultimately improving business KPIs.
  
  

• 5+ years of significant hands-on Data Science experience, including implementation of algorithmic solutions in a production environment.
• 2+ years of successfully leading a Data Science team, having the ability to lead and coach the team in research projects and their implementation as part of a product.
• MSc degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Vast knowledge and experience in Machine learning, data analysis and statistical modeling.
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to cooperate with multiple functions and present complex data in a clear manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
