Your Impact & Responsibilities:

• Utilize your deep technical understanding to identify inefficiencies in processes, advocate for innovative solutions, plan Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives, demonstrate their value, and oversee their full-scale implementation.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration to achieve program objectives and deliver on key milestones.
• Act as the primary face-to-face (F2F) interface with customers, including conducting on-site visits to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to senior management, providing insights and updates on program progress, risks, and mitigations.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategic decisions, drive operational improvements, and measure program success.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring visibility and accountability across all program activities.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, coordinating across departments to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
• Manage customer relationships by effectively communicating project schedules, risk management strategies, and addressing any issues or concerns raised by the customer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, with a strong track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Native or fluent English
• In-depth technical knowledge and the ability to understand complex systems, processes, and technologies.
• Knowledge in Sensor products (Design, Process, PKG, etc.)
• Exceptional project management skills, with proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in presenting to senior leadership.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
