Operations and Projects lead

Seeking operations and projects lead for an Innovative Company in the Field of Experiential Technologies for Museums. Past tech and entrepreneurship experience a significant advantage.

A new and innovative company in the field of experiential technologies is looking for a creative team member with a passion for media development and museums, and the ability to lead processes and drive progress.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and promoting the development of experiential software for museums.
• Familiarity with the product management field.
• Conducting research on global trends in media, digital art, and visual experiences.
• Reviewing conferences and exhibitions in the field.
• Managing calendars, scheduling and coordinating meetings, summarizing meetings, and managing tasks.
• Recruiting and communicating with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Office and team management.

Requirements:

• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English - mandatory.
• Tech and entrepreneurship experience - mandatory
• Proficiency in management and tracking software, CRM, and Office programs - mandatory.
• Understanding of product processes in the software field - mandatory.
• Proficiency in design and editing software - an advantage.
• Familiarity with the media, digital art, museums, and culture sectors - an advantage.
