As we continue to expand our global presence, we are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to streamline our R&D processes and ensure seamless collaboration between regions and groups.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Project and Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing cross-functional project workflows across R&D teams and coordinating global operations. This role will focus on both project management and operational efficiency, ensuring that project tasks are tracked effectively, and that our international R&D teams and live operations are well-coordinated.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

• Oversee task tracking and timelines for multiple R&D teams (using Asana)
• Ensure that all team members are using the tools consistently to report progress, blockers, and deadlines.
• Facilitate planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives for the R&D teams.
• Maintain a project roadmap and provide regular status updates to leadership.

2. Operations Coordination:

• Orchestrate across teams in different regions to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
• Coordinate multiple parallel demos, live games, product launches and other initiatives across time zones.
• Act as the central point for issue collection and resolution, streamlining communication from WhatsApp, Slack, and other channels into actionable tasks.

3. Communication and Reporting:

• Maintain clear and consistent communication across teams and management.
• Provide regular reports on project progress, operational challenges, and bottlenecks.
• Work closely with leadership to prioritize issues and allocate resources accordingly.

4. Process Optimization:

• Identify areas for process improvement and work with the team to implement more efficient workflows.
• Ensure best practices are followed for project management and cross-regional coordination.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in project management or operations in a tech company, ideally in R&D or software development environments.
• Tech ninja, able to learn quickly complex systems
• Strong proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Experience managing operations across multiple time zones and regions.
• Excellent communication skills, both speaking and writing, Fluent English and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A problem-solving mindset with an eye for process optimization.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in the sports broadcasting or live events industry.
• Familiarity with video processing, computer vision, or AI technologies.
