We are a stealth team with a strong pipeline to retail giants in the European market, developing an AI-driven solution to revolutionize fresh food and dairy product management in grocery stores. Our focus is on solving the significant financial loss generated by food waste and understocking in retail grocery companies. We are looking for a co-founder to lead our technical vision, build a game-changing product for the retail industry, and spearhead a design partnership with one of the largest global retail chains.

Our Mission

We're developing an innovative system that provides autonomous assistance to store managers, optimizing inventory management and enhancing visibility across entire retail chains. Our goal is to minimize shrinkage, improve stock accuracy, and revolutionize demand prediction and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development of our AI-powered retail management system
• Recruit and lead a high-caliber technical team
• Architect scalable solutions compatible with legacy retail ERP systems
• Manage and execute our design partnership with a leading European retailer
• Push the boundaries of AI application in retail inventory and supply chain management
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in AI, ML, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven track record in developing AI/ML systems, preferably in retail or supply chain contexts
• Deep expertise ML engineering, predictive analytics, and optimization algorithms
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures, big data processing, and API development
• Familiarity with retail tech ecosystems and operations (advantage)
• Self-driven, excellent communicator, and relentless problem-solver
• Ability to lead and inspire technical teams
