Test Engineering Team Manager

Sharon Area: An electronics company is seeking a Test Engineering Team Manager to lead a team of test engineers & coordinate the overall process.

Requirements – All must:

1. Electronics/Software/Computer/relevant field engineer

2. 7-10 years of experience in testing & engineering, including experience in team & project management

3. 3-5 years of experience managing teams of test engineers or development engineers

4. Experience in guiding & managing technical teams

5. Experience in developing & implementing testing strategies & solving complex technical problems in testing & engineering

6. Experience in C# programming, including working with equipment DLLs, CLI, API interfaces, & VISA control

7. Experience in programming with C & BASH for writing & maintaining scripts & automated tools

8. Experience with Linux operating systems for managing & maintaining test environments

9. Experience with Windows 10/11 & Windows Server 2022

10. Experience in HW board design

11. Planning, analog, digital, & RF testing, & DFT (Design for Test)

12. Experience with tools & methods for automating the testing process in production

13. Knowledge in FortiGate configuration

14. Experience in developing & writing complex digital test vectors - ICT

15. Experience in developing & performing tests using JTAG technology

16. English proficiency/native level
