Senior Project Manager - Performance Marketing

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. This role will act as the right hand to the Paid Media Director, playing a critical role in overseeing and driving the success of all paid media initiatives. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing processes that ensure the smooth and efficient execution of our marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of paid media initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and timelines.
• Design, implement, and continuously refine processes to optimize the efficiency of paid media activities.
• Work closely with various teams, including creative, analytics, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Assist in managing the budget for paid media campaigns, ensuring that all projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.
• Oversee the tracking and reporting of key performance metrics for all paid media activities, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related updates, providing regular status reports to the Paid Media Director and other senior leadership.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in a performance marketing or digital marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, digital funnels, and media buying strategies.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven experience in process development and optimization
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
