We're looking for an experienced Finnacial Controller to join our team in Israel, work in a #HYBRID mode from our Ramat Gan office, and report to the local Director of Finance Shared Services.

You'll Be Responsible For

• Oversee the monthly closing process, including preparing and reviewing GL reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Review the payroll and expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support the Accounts Payable process including managing payments to suppliers and maintaining efficient workflows.
• Lead the preparation of the company's financial statements and tax filings, ensuring compliance with the local regulations, work with external auditors and service providers.
• Oversee and guide external accounting firms to ensure accurate financial record keeping.
• Develop and implement efficient financial processes to improve the team's activities and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Provide support on multiple accounting and finance-related projects.
  
  

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a global high-tech company.
• Experience with US GAAP.
• Proficiency in both English and Hebrew;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience working in a public companies.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and Priority software
